A new year is the symbol of a new beginning. The popular phrase, “New year, new me” says it well. We all set goals, resolutions we call them- and by March we’ve forgotten where we put the list of em’ and we’re considering cancelling that gym membership.
Why is that exactly? Well, there is tremendous pressure to set goals at the New Year (because everyone does, right?), even if you aren’t quite ready to change, or aren’t particularly motivated at the time. Goals are extremely individual things, and this New Year, we want to help set you up for success.
Here’s a list of things you may be tempted to do this year when setting goals:
- Bite off more than you can chew
- Do too much at once
- Set a year long goal that you aren’t excited about
- You’re not ready to follow through
- You’re setting goals because “everyone’s doing it”
We get it- there’s no shame in any of these things. The problem is, if that is the way you are setting goals, there’s no motivation to accomplish them, and no growth. There are many resources out there that will guide you through setting goals, but that’s not what we’re here to talk about.
We want to talk about those internal longings for bettering your life, in every aspect. Not just getting slimmer or making more money- getting better and making more memories. We want to help you tap into you inner desire to always be making progress, no matter how big or small.
Let’s think about those goals- the tiny ones you make when you get up in the morning, or the big ones you finally commit to achieve. What is keeping you from accomplishing those???? Most likely, you run out of steam. You get halfway through the day, and suddenly your energy is zapped. And by the time you get home from work, you’ve got that list, that at one point was exciting because it was going to improve your life, but now it just looks like chores. Your friends or mentors tell you to wake up earlier, and to do those things in the morning before your other obligations, but then you are crashing even earlier and not productive at work.
In these cases, your problem is not lack of motivation, it’s lack of energy! And that’s a real thing. Your body has nutrients it turns into fuel, and if you run out of nutrients, your body slows down, and has to look harder to find that fuel. We are here to solve that constant cycle of running out of steam. We want you to know that it’s not you being lazy, it’s your body begging for the right fuel!
And that’s why we created Swish30. For the ambitious, driven, go getters, and quality seekers, because we know a quality life doesn’t include constantly feeling groggy. Our formula includes energy boosting nutrients, not stimulants and spiked energy that crashes. In our first blog post we discuss each of our natural ingredients, what they are, and what they do. We are proud that our product is sugar, caffeine, and stimulant free, ensuring you are moving closer to your goals every dose. So this New Year, give your body the fuel it needs to keep a positive momentum all year!
